Balloons on a Stick

Are you referring to latex balloons? They are fixed to a stick using a so-called balloon cup holder. At the above link we show step-by-step how to do it.

If you are talking about mylar (or foil) balloons, then you probably mean the self sealing balloons that you buy together with a stick.
