I only need one or two at most and it needs to be the head shape of Mickey and needs to be extra small. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The smallest head shaped Mickey Mouse balloons I found are these 14" Disney Mickey Mouse mylar balloons with a stick.
They sell for about $3.50 to $4.00 per piece at Amazon.
