How to Add Letters to a String of Pearls Arch

I wanted to ask you for advice. I am doing a string of pearls arch for the buffet table for a Baby shower. I wanted to spell out the baby's name. It has 9 letters of 40" Megaloons.

How do I connect the letters to the string of pearls arch over the buffet table?

Hi there,

One method to attach foil balloons, like balloon letters, to the fishing line is to use double-sided cello tape.
