How do I stop my balloons going cloudy?

Hi,

I'm trying to figure out how to stop my latex balloons from going cloudy. I did a table decoration yesterday at 9am and by 12 noon it was already cloudy.

Why is this and how do I stop it?

One more thing that came to mind... which brand of balloons are you using? For balloon decorations, it's best to stick to a high-quality brand like Qualatex.
