How do I attach foil helium filled letters to monofilament for an arch

I would like the letters to be secure and attached in two places per letter and able to slide along the monofilament for final positioning.

Hi Mike,

Please take a look at my answer to the question how to do a foil balloon arch. I am not sure if this method allows sliding the balloon letters along the monofilament line for final positioning, but it's the only method I am aware of.

I'd be interested to hear how this works for you or if you find a better way to attach the balloon letters to the line.
