Hello, I know how to arrange balloons to make a flower balloon arch, but how do I make the 5 petal balloon arch?

Hi Victoria,
Not sure that I can help you out here. The instructions I found are all using clusters of 4 balloons, like for example in this video:
You could post your question in a comment below the video over at YouTube. Sandi Masori, the balloon artist who created it, seems quite responsive.
