Can I use regular inflator for a mylar ballon?

I have a regular inflator for latex balloons but my question is can I use that tip for a mylar balloon too?

Hi,
I used my regular inflator on Foil balloons all the time before I purchased my other inflator.

I am still using it if it is near to hand.
