Need balloon decoration idea for a hostel room

I am in a hostel and cannot get a base for a balloon column but i still want to make it. Is there any other way I can do it? I mean somthing easy?

thanks for your reply and idea i really appreciate it...
but the problem is of conduit i cannot get it here in my hostel...but now i have thought of changing my idea a litle n will try to use helium balloons..
but still if any one of u get some ideas for my problem do reply....thanku

Hi,
You can use a Floor Tile for the base a lot of people do this so they don't have to go back to a venue to pick up the base and pole.
