Can I make a balloon arch the night before?

I assume you are talking about a helium filled balloon arch. Helium decors last on average 12 to 24 hours. If you want to build the arch the night before, I would highly recommend treating your balloons with Hi-Float, a substance that extends the floating time of a helium filled balloon considerably.
