Can you tell me the best way to write on foil balloons. Example should I write on the balloon before inflation or after. Also what would be the best pen to use.
It's best to inflate the balloon first, and then write on it. I've found a nice article that describes how to make a personalized foil balloon, including photos and what pens to use.
