I agree with having them made. You save money on shipping and handling. I went to a welder and took him a picture of a base and gave him the dimensions I wanted for the base and even took the pole so he could weld the upright right onto the base. I painted them and they work great.

I did a search for Singapore on the Qualatex Find-A-Pro page. 6 results came up for Singapore, two of them do have balloon stores. Just give it a try yourself and phone the balloon shops to see if they sell column bases and arch frames.

Another option would be to search for "balloon suppliers Singapore" on Google. In general it is difficult to find balloon suppliers who carry column bases and arch frames. That's why many balloon decorators make those items themselves.
