What is the easiest way to make the top of a Hot Air balloon display for decoration for a school activity?

I am wanting to make a Hot Air Balloon for a school display (inside in the hallway). I need to use supplies we have here at the school. If you have any easy ideas for the top part (balloon part) it will be much appreciated. I think I have the basket figured out.

Have you seen our instructions for making a hot air balloon model?

Perhaps you could use a bigger balloon than we did. But it should still fit into the balloon net.
