Pre-inflating and working with Link-o-Loons
by: Margit

Hi Courtney,

Some professionals blow up their air filled balloons up to 3 weeks before the event, but I would suggest you should inflate them a maximum of 5 days in advance. To prevent them from oxidising it's very important to store the balloons in a clear plastic bag, that closes tightly over the balloons. Large trash bags or mattress bags will do the job just fine, but you could also get bags especially designed for storing pre-inflated balloons, e.g. from rainbowrapper.com. These bags are high density poly, anti-static and ventilated.

As for working with the link-o-loons: I would say they are pretty easy to work with, all you have to do is inflate the link-o-loons and knot them together with their especially for this purpose designed ends. We know that tying off balloons can be a bit tricky - so please check out our page www.balloon-decoration-guide.com/balloon-knot.html to find out how to easily tie your balloons.

I hope that helps and - as always - I would love to see your link-o-loon swags!
