Go to the Qualatex.com website and you can as them where a distributer is in your area. I have found they are the best quality balloons that I've used and they have pretty much everything you need in terms of sizes.

It is indeed not easy to find a supplier other than the big wholesalers (like All American Balloon Supply) with a decent selection of latex balloons in different sizes and colours. One place to go would be ShindigZ. I can't recommend any decent supplier for 7" balloons. Your best bet would be to use Qualatex' <a href="http://www.qualatex.com/balloons/findapro.php?" target="_blank"> Find-A-Pro function</a> to search for a seller in your area. Hope that helps.
