Top Table Decoration


I have seen top table decorations, with tulle and small balloons draped in swags. How do they get the decoration to fix to the table cloth?

I haven't done this myself. But I think the best way to do this would be to first attach the small balloon clusters to the string of tulle. Then you can secure the tulle with a safety pin to the table cloth.
