I work on a car lot and we want to do some minor balloon art. What kinds of things can I do without a frame or special balloons? All I have are 17" balloons.
For decorations without a frame you have three options:
a) Designs hanging from the ceiling (for example a balloon garland),
b) Helium filled designs (for example balloon bouquets) or
c) Using a balloon holder.
Option b) means that you would need helium, and the balloons would only float for about 24 hours. Option a) requires some work, but would certainly give a nice result, especially if you have different colored 17" balloons. Instructions how to make a balloon garland
Option c) is the easiest one. You can get balloon holder that are specifically designed for attaching 17" balloons to a car window.
