I know how to make a balloon arch with fishing line but I don't know how I can make a heart arch out of it.. How do I manipulate the top to form a heart shape please?

I haven't done this myself, but this is what I found out: attach a length of fishing line to the center of the balloon arch. Then pull the line down and attach the other end to the arch base (where also both ends of the heart shaped arch are attached to). Pull the fishing line down just enough to form the dent for the heart shape.
