Please can you explain how I attach a balloon to 4 balloon sticks as in picture, I have tried sellotape & blue tack but neither work.

Hi Frances,

I would suggest you use a cool melt glue gun.

Just be aware that you only have a short time to stick the sticks to the balloon, before the glue sets.
