I would like to decorate our house for my daughters 1st birthday and wish to stick some balloons on the wall but i dont want to spoil our wall paper. Please help.

Try using Glue Dots. They are easily put on and then you can just remove them easily as well. They are used lots in baskets etc to keep items from moving around. Good Luck ;)
