Not sure what you meant by plaster. If you're goingto hand balloons from a ceiling or beam it depends on what the celing or beam ifmade of. On metal you can use the MagPole system. Very cool and can hand small to large balloons. Air designs so it saves $$$. Some ceilings have that cross bar thing going on so you can get the clips that go right onto the beam.
