How do I attach a 24" balloon to a acrylic rod with 1/2 inch diameter?
ANSWER
The best way to attach a balloon to an acrylic rod is with a cool melt glue gun. They can be used to attach balloons to each other or to other surfaces, like your acrylic rod.
Other options would be to use double sided adhesive foam tape, or Glue Dots.
