Attaching fishing wire or string to foil balloons
How do I attach fishing wire to my 35 inch foil character balloons so I can hang them from the ceiling?

Hello!
A good way to do this is to use clear, self adhesive "Hang Tabs." You can get them for example at Amazon.
Here's a video with step-by-step instructions how to do this. To hide the foil balloon's valve (or "stem" as she calls it), she uses Oasis Glue Dashes or Glue Dots, which you can also get at Amazon, or any craft supply shop.
